All applicants will be notified via email of acceptance or denial in due time. Participation is limited to those sectors deemed applicable by the hosting sponsors and not determined by Millennials in Travel. Participation may require specific health requirements or vaccinations or other conditions such as travel insurance. Please review the entry requirements for the destination prior to accepting a spot. Should there be other requirements, this will be identified during our confirmation process with applicants. If international/domestic airfare is included, dates and routing are set and confirmed in Economy Class; no deviations are allowed unless authorized by the hosting sponsors. All attendees must be active members of Millennials in Travel and must sign a waiver of participation. Please do not book airfare or additional accommodations without the approval of Millennials in Travel.
