mckenzie mcmillian - the travel group
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, McKenzie has been pursuing is passion for travel since 2006 when he began as a reservations agent for a local tour operator and then for Rocky Mountaineer Vacations. Since that time, he has continued to evolve his passion and professional experience, working in numerous sectors of the travel industry, as a guide, tour coordinator, reservations agent, concierge, independent consultant, a staff travel benefit coordinator for a regional airline, and finally for the past six years as a consultant with the Travel Group, where he specializes in high-end, luxury leisure and boutique corporate travel. His desire to help provide people with unforgettable experiences around the world, has also led to him to begin exploring, touching five continents, and visiting 22 countries, with many more still to come. McKenzie is extremely active within the Ensemble Travel Group, and the local travel community, striving to spread the joy of travel, and assisting with professional growth and development for up-and-coming consultants.

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Jen artfully blended her experience as an Executive Admin Assistant with her passion for travel planning, making a purposeful decision to join the travel industry in late 2019. In response to unprecedented global travel restrictions, Jen demonstrated her commitment to professional growth. She invested significant time in destination and supplier training, expanding her network across global borders. Since 2021, she's had the privilege of visiting 11 new countries, participating in FAM trips to Mexico and Miami, and experience ocean cruising. She looks forward to serving the MIT travel community as the newest Officer of Membership for the Vancouver chapter.

Blair is a born and bred Vancouverite having worked in tourism and hospitality his whole life. After university he spent three years in Europe backpacking from Ireland to Israel, Morocco to Poland and everywhere in between - and this was before social media. He’s travelled throughout Canada with the British Columbia’s Okanagan wine country being a personal favorite; second place was the Canadian Rockies. He’s worked for Tourism Whistler living the Whistler lifestyle perfecting his snowboarding and mountain biking skills while building travel websites and marketing campaigns. Then he joined Fairmont Hotels and Resorts working in leisure and business travel sales. One of his most rewarding and recent roles where he met hundreds of travel advisors, tour operators and airline reps was working for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Bureau (LVCVA). For five years he represented Las Vegas to travel trade in Western Canada producing events, hosting FAMs and promoting the destination non-stop. In 2019 he was acknowledged by his peers for excellence in business development. Today, Blair is thrilled to be part of Pursuit Collection and represents FlyOver Canada at Canada Place as a Sales Manager. And he’s equally thrilled to be a part of Millennials In Travel and looks forward to producing and hosting fun, uproarious and successful events.
