Myste is a travel professional for Protravel International, an award-winning, high-end, high-touch travel company. Her professional background prior to becoming a travel insider was in international event production with a strong emphasis on sales, marketing, talent organization, promotional development, and relationship building with clients. Myste has most recently launched her own event company and also serves as the Co-Chair of SoCal ASTA’s Millennials & Mentors program. She is a self-diagnosed bookworm and adrenaline junkie who has scuba-dived, skydived, cliff dived, zip-lined, surfed, and bungee-jumped in ten countries and has the world left on her list.

Jen fryzel - expedia
Jen is a travel professional for Expedia, Inc. covering the Los Angeles area. Expedia is the leading online travel agency with a wide portfolio of brands and booking platforms. Jen advises hoteliers on their revenue strategies to drive travelers to the Los Angeles destination. Prior to Expedia, she worked for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Reservations & Revenue Manager. This luxury brand provided elite service, operational and revenue management training. Jen’s background in onsite hospitality management coupled with her online merchandising and market insights make her an asset to the Millennials in Travel Los Angeles Chapter.

Evan Anderson - Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles
Having grown up in La Paz, Bolivia from ages 2-8, Evan was submerged in a very diverse culture. This experience provided Evan the opportunity to see the enormous world, at a very young, which ultimately inspired the passion for travel. Evan had an epiphany at the age of 14 while at a beachside resort in Costa Rica. After meeting and speaking with the resort owner, Evan realized that his ultimate goal in life was to be a hotel & resort owner and that the only way to do this was to learn it form the bottom up. At the age of 18, Evan attended Northern Arizona University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel / Restaurant Management. Evan’s first job was a Men’s Locker-room Attendant at Canyon Ranch (Resort), which this first role was NOT glamourous by any means (wet towels everywhere), however it was a start. With passion for service and enthusiasm Evan excelled quickly and within three years of hard work and two different roles, Evan was promoted to his first management position within the spa. After graduating from NAU, Evan decided to keep pushing forward within his career and took the leap of faith to Los Angeles. Almost four years later Evan is not looking back and absolutely loves LA. In 2016 Evan started his new role as Sales Manager (Entertainment & Fashion) at the legendary Ace Hotel Downtown LA.

Stu Luchs - chredo hospitality
Stu is the Outside Sales Manager at CHREDO Hospitality, an asset management, marketing, and consulting company focused on the “out of the ordinary”. Stu mixes and mingles with leisure, corporate, and incentive travel agents educating them on the unique experiences that CHREDO Hospitality’s clients; Dunton Hot Springs and River Camp, Ted Turner Expeditions, and Jean-Michele Cousteau Resort in Fiji bring to the table. Stu began his travel professional adventure as a Tours Specialist with The Appointment Group booking the travel for bands on tour, continuing onto opening the first USA office for the London based agency EFR Travel. After graduating with an undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa, Stu went on to follow one of his greatest passions in life and received an Associates of Science degree in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University. Stu then began his career in the music industry, as a Tour Manager touring with bands around North America, and has held many other positions within the entertainment industry. After realizing that his true passion was travel and to inspire others to do so, Stu is the happiest he has ever been in his role with CHREDO Hospitality. Stu has always lived by the mantra, “do what you love” and this he does to the fullest.
