Palisociety continues to take over Los Angeles’ hospitality scene, opening up three new locations this year to the three existing LA locations: Palihotel Melrose, Palihouse Santa Monica and Palihouse West Hollywood. The Palihotel Culver City brings a 1920s boarding house back to life, with 49 rooms and an indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar Simonette outfitted in a sophisticated, idiosyncratic style befitting a West Anderson film. Across town, the Palihotel Westwood Village opens in mid-May less than a mile from UCLA. Also set to debut this summer, Silver Lake Pool & Inn, has an indoor Italian-inspired restaurant and spacious, sunlit rooms just blocks from Sunset Junction.
Outside of Los Angeles, the uber-cool new Palihotel Seattle opened last November featuring 96-rooms that couldn’t be any hipper. With a restaurant, bar and, of course, coffee shop, the rooms come with some worthy eclectic touches, such as Smeg fridges. The Palihouse Miami Beach is prepping to debut in spring 2019 on the Indian Creek waterway. This will be the first East Coast property for the Palisociety. Housed in a restored Art Deco building once occupied by the Greenbrier Hotel (circa 1940), this property will have 71 studios and guestrooms (a mix of king and queen beds). These accommodations will be styled as comfortable residences, complete with retro kitchenettes, well-stocked mini bars, custom bath products and 43-inch TVs. Palihotel San Francisco, well-crafted boutique hotel located in Union Square, one of the most dynamic cities in the world, will feature 82 king and queen rooms, a full-service restaurant, bar and expansive lounge opening this August! Finally, Palihouse Portland and Palihotel Portland will round up the newest outposts by February 2020.
