Naomi Reed, your Tour and Travel Sales Manager for Canyon Ranch, is always trying to think of creative ways to spend time with her fabulous travel partners. The culinary classes at Canyon Ranch are a popular activity and since Naomi can’t bring her Chef on the road with her...she's organizing a complimentary cooking classfor us in our area! This also gives her a chance to update you on all the exciting things happening at Canyon Ranch resorts, in-between braising and sautéing of course! :-)
The class will be held at Hipcooks -West, and our class will teach you everything you need to know to effortlessly throw an outrageous cocktail party. Just in time for the holidays! Creative and fun canapes are taught by Hipcooks chefs, mixology taught by Hipcooks Bartenders. On the menu:
- Cups with caviar, crème fraîche and chive
- Spicy candied nuts
- Warm crab dip
- Crisp potato cakes with goat cheese & thyme
- Endives stuffed with gorgonzola and roast pear
- Warm goat cheese prosciutto-wrapped dates
- Leek and goat cheese tartlets
- Tuna tartar on cucumber strips with wasabi roe
- Dark chocolate crisps with raspberry cream
- You'll learn to whip up & sample: The Perfect Martini, Hipcooks Mojitos, Caiprinhas, Ginger Lemon drops. Amaretto sour with cracked pepper for dessert!
This event is only open to members of MIT, and is on a first-come first-serve basis. The class only holds 14 so don't miss out!
