Katie ferrari - hyatt hotels & Resorts

Katie was recently named Global Sales Manager-Luxury for Hyatt and is based at her home in DC. Before this, she was the Associate Director of Sales for three years at Park Hyatt Washington.  Prior to her experience with Hyatt, Katie was with Starwood in Atlanta, GA and held various roles within their hotels.  She is a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in International Affairs. Go Noles!  She fell in love with travel throughout her childhood when her parents to her everywhere from Jackson Hole to Tokyo.  Katie resides in DC with her husband Phillip, and their two cats, Sushi and Chrissy.

Mandy Valkenburg - park hyatt washington

Mandy is currently Associate Director of Sales at Park Hyatt Washington D.C. and oversees the sale team as well as handles the Luxury Travel and Entertainment Markets. She was most recently with Mandarin Oriental and prior to that she spent 13 years with Destination Hotels and Resorts in various positions. A native of Arizona, she enjoys everything outdoors; running, hiking, biking alongside her husband Kyle and their two rescue Cattledogs. Mandy holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Beth Jenkins - McCabe World Travel

Beth began her career as a travel consultant with McCabe World Travel, a Virtuoso agency, in 2009. Her passion for travel was fostered in her childhood, her family using travel as a classroom. Beth’s appetite for experiencing new destinations continued as a young adult, studying in Spain and traveling extensively in Europe. Beth has a degree in International Relations and Latin American studies, which has suited her for a career in travel and specialization in Latin America. In 2010, Beth received the Rising Star Award from Luxury Travel Advisor magazine and in 2011 was named to Travel Agent Magazine’s Top 35 Under 30 list. Since 2012, Beth has been named to Travel+Leisure Magazine’s A-List of the World’s Top Travel Agents. She was the youngest advisor to make the A-list.
