Downtown Denver-based Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly-organized and has experience catering to our unique luxury clientele. As the primary member interface, PVAs own the member experience and has ultimate responsibility for our members’ satisfaction with the club.

Responsibilities:

This position will provide personalized member service by building rapport, maintaining consistent and professional communication to ensure satisfaction. Candidates must have experience and confidence working closely with a base of up to 150 clients on the phone and via written communication. Candidates must also gain a thorough working knowledge of Inspirato destinations, residences, activities, and experiences – to successfully pair members with exceptional itineraries.

Primary activities and required skills:

  • Member relationship building
  • Comfortable using the phone to build relationships with members and member family members
  • Build and manage member profiles covering all aspects of member preferences and using member preferences to make recommendations
  • Error-free written communications to provide critical trip itinerary details
  • Leveraging portfolio knowledge and in-depth member knowledge to proactively assist members with booking new destinations and planning itineraries
  • Member Satisfaction and Retention
  • Proactively manage the member base
  • Pre and post trip follow up
  • Frequent member touch base
  • Member advocacy throughout the business to ensure member satisfaction
  • Closed loop communications
  • Proficiency with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications, etc.) and aptitude to learn new systems
  • Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele
  • Knowledge of travel and/or hospitality industry a plus
  • Weekend / Holiday / Early Morning / Evening coverage

Qualifications:  Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong customer service/ client relations skills
  • Excellent phone and written communication
  • Proficient with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications, etc.)
  • College degree, preferably a degree in hospitality management or business administration
  • Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Knowledge of travel and/or hospitality industry a plus
