ClientConnection and Database Support Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, California

We are a dynamic travel marketing company in business since 1956 headquartered in Marina del Rey, CA.  We are seeking to fill a Full-Time ClientConnection and Database Support Coordinator position with an enthusiastic and professional individual.  The primary responsibilities of this position is to work directly with our customers (retail travel agencies) to integrate their ClientBase leisure profiles (database) into our marketing programs and also to analyze the data and workflow for additional sales and efficiency opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

•Working directly with our customers (retail companies) to integrate their databases and maintain their synchronization process

•Working with Data Team to help develop list selections based on travel history, demographics, cohorts models, etc

•Prepare marketing and sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing transaction history and sales data from multiple sources

•Coordinating the quarterly National Change Address and marketing activity syncs

•Creating Support Documentation such as How to Guides and video tutorials

 

Job Requirements:

•Experience with ClientBase (a TRAMS product) or other CRM systems desirable

•Understanding of database fundamentals and MySQL

•Must be tech-savvy; past analytical education or experience a plus

•Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; written and verbal

•Detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated

•Able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions

•Must know Microsoft Office products or equivalent
